Ollie Kenny Ltd has expertly undertaken the restoration of this building whilst also converting the basement to a top quality storage area as it lay below river level. It was a protected building and it had restricted access. The front wall and roof structure remained intact while work was expertly carried out. It consists of retail units and offices accessed through a private lift. The project was also delivered within the timescale for completion. The integration of the 3 floors of commercial units into the old cinema provides an aesthetically pleasing place to work in.
